Instruction:

Rope seal mainly made of butyl rubber. It’s an environmental and high quality  tape. It is made without any solvent and does not release any poisonous vapor. Rope seal provides excellent adhesive and sealing function to various surfaces for an extended period of time. It is used as waterproof, airproof, and shockproof material for various industries including car manufacturing, buildings, pond construction, etc.

Apply Direction:

1. Select appropriate rope seal size based on your constructional need.

2. All surfaces to be attached must be free of dust, dirt, oil, and moisture.  Apply organic solvent to clean surface if necessary.

3.  Apply rope seal to dry temperature condition between -40~90℃

4.  Apply rope seal to surface directly from roll by pressing through the release paper with a smooth, firm, and even motion. 

5.  Allow rope seal to adhere on surface for at least 12 hours.  Away from tearing, peeling, and water.
