5) Automatic Ice-making process.
(1) Using machine for the first time or re-starting machine, the solenoid valve will be opened on first, which can balance the pressure of refrigeration system to protect compressor unit.
(2) Ice-making process: compressor starts to work, open the water valve, water level controller controls the water capacity, water pump starts to run, and then water frozen into ice when passing evaporator. Until the ice is thick enough to touch the probe (adjust the probe clockwise, ice will be thicker; if not ice will be thinner.), automatic controller will open the ice-receiving valve automatically.
(3) Ice-receiving process: After opening the ice-receiving valve, hot gas pass through evaporator and make ice separate from the evaporator. When ice separate from evaporator completely, controller will close the ice-receiving valve automatically.
(4) Full of Ice controlling: Under the control of micro-computer, ice comes out continuously and falls into the ice container. When ice capacity is full enough, computer controlling system will stop ice-making and ice receiving process. Until ice capacity lower, the controlling system will restart ice-making and ice-receiving process.
