Well-designed far-infrared transmission system, via platinum resistance which direct touched by roller, will adjust temperature parameters of the surface of the roller in the rotation, and transfer to the multi-channel temperature detection and control circuit, thereby fully overcome the past defect of big error of non-contact chip platinum temperature measurement system, big hot inertia of heating, big grads of surface temperature etc. Then increase effectively precision of controlling temperature, make the temperature of roller’s surface be more uniform. Heating system adopt numerous section high frequency vortex flow, energy consumption ratio less than similar product 5 percent.
