Product Description
n1. Coating for the use of warm-up cycle approach to finish welding assembly has been completed the ceramic piece (such as capacitors, thermistors, varistors, and so on .) Automatic line to finish packaging of powder coating.
n2. Specially designed powder flow slot have 3 parts (can be painted 3 times), depending on times of thickness of the coating painting or the speed ;independent transfer controlling; feet long is controlled within 2mm. (Depending on thickness and size of the tiles )
n3. Trough of products heating : sub-section 4 (5 temperature-controlled areas). Automatic control temperature ±5℃ when preheat, paint, melting
n4.Special designed for automatic import system. In three powder flow slot ,the circle way to support to storage, to deliver and deliver back in older to get quantitative powder in flow slot for ensure product’s quality.
5. With a precision of oil , water filters and freeze-drying equipment, ensure positive air pressure’s quality so that the powder has good mobility and long life.
