Introduction

For some special semiconductor, they use oven or tin baker during production. The working temperature is high and the workers can be hurt if only wearing normal gloves that do not provide sufficient resistance to heat.  Anti-Static and Flame retardant gloves (PRFG-260/PRFG-390) can effectively retard heat conductivity when moving the high temperature products in short time.  The very important thing is that the gloves can be used in clean room.  From various materials, we absolutely choose continue filament Nomex^®.

Characteristics

1.       Face fabric: 99%Nomex^® and 1% Anti-static yarn. The gloves could resist 300℃ in short time. (The melting temperature of Nomex^® is 450℃ )

2.       The products are made of continue filament yarn which reduces the generation of particles (no dust generation).  They can be used in clean room.

Application and Usage

For semi-conductor, SMT factories…etc. For where the oven or tin Baker could be used and the high temperature products could be moved.
