1) Chemical(%): Grade 1 : C: 0.15 max.; Mn: 0.55 max; P: 0.06-0.16; S: 0.060 max; Si: 0.10 min; Cu: 0.20-0.60; Cr: 

0.24-1.31; Ni: 0.20-0.70

2) Grade 1 Tensile Strength: > 415 Mpa(60 ksi); Yield Strength:> 255Mpa(37 ksi);  Elongation: >25%;

3) Surface treatment: ASTM A423-Temporary Coating, Special Coating, Galvanized, immersion oil, lacquer, 

passivation, phosphating,etc; Or Oil-dip paint black with two plastic caps on each end

4) Inspection: Strictly according to the standard requirements and offer the original MTC (EN10204.3.1/3.1B)

5) Relevant Test: ASTM A423--Chemical Component Analysis,Mechanical Properties(Ultimate tensile strength,Yield 

strength,Elongation),Technics Properties(Flattening Test,Flaring Test,Bending Test,Hardness Test,Blow Test,etc), 

Exterior Size Inspection, Nondestructive electric Test,Hydrostatic Test,  magnetic particle testing;

6)Monthly Capacity: 6000 tons.

7)Packing: Hexagonal bundles with several steel strips, Wrapped in waterproof paper, PVC sleeve,and sackcloth 

with several steel strips or packed in heavy tri-wall boxes, wooden boxes, wooden slats as requires;

8) Packing Type: Round , Square, Rectangle, Hexagon.  Streamline, etc;
