Pur shielded cable has high abrasion resistance, high tear strength, good weather resistance, high elasticity, good thermal aging performance, excellent water resistance, excellent weather resistance, and resistance to microbial invasion.

Characteristics of PUR shielded cable:

1. Heat resistance of PUR shielded cable: the short-term use temperature of PUR shielded cable can be between - 40 ℃ and 120 ℃. Long term use temperature can reach 90 ℃. This temperature is also applicable to the service temperature of spiral cable.

2. Water resistance of PUR shielded cable: excellent water resistance is an essential performance requirement for cable sheath. If the temperature increases, the hydrolysis will be intensified. Its Arrhenius curve shows that the product has good hydrolysis stability. 20n / mm2 is the minimum strength requirement generally accepted by the cable industry. The curve shows that the strength will decrease to 20n / mm2 after being immersed in 72 ℃ water for 20000 hours.

3. Weather resistance of PUR shielded cable: in general, ultraviolet light and sunlight make the product brittle and the surface discolored. The mechanical properties have declined sharply. But we can effectively improve the above properties by adding UV stabilizer and toner. Pur shielding cable polyether sheath products have good resistance to ozone.
