CG type is a wellknown cryogenic deflashing media to remove flashes of molded rubber.  In specially designed Cryogenic-Deflasher, rubber flashes become brittle; then CG acts as shoots to impact and break flashes.  Just few minutes, clean and non-flash rubber parts can be obtained.

To adapt individual rubber, Cryogenic Deflash Media should be confirmed to critical temperature in order to avoid failure of process or changing media frequently. 

CG type cryogenic deflashing media can withstand temperature as low as silicone rubber deflashed.  Silicone rubber is learned difficult to remove flash by other cryogenic medias in the market.
