Antis-100 provides a molecular passageway to eliminate static.  It is water base, clear concentration.  The most users dilute Antis-100 with 100 times of water to make a ready-to-use antistatic solution.  The solution can be applied by a sprayer or via an air line.  In case of dripping process, solution should be made by alcohol* instead of water. 

For antistatic purpose, the chemical will be active on dry surface of environment.  To wet articles by both concentrate and solution doesn’t favor antistatic.  Actually, wet surface will gather dust or fine particle to stick.
