Application of trailer vacuum oil filter

The Trailer transformer insulating oil vacuum oil filter is a new type of vacuum oil filter developed on the basis of the original ZJB vacuum oil filter. The model is divided into trailer-type single-stage vacuum oil filter and trailer-type double-stage vacuum oil filter. It is suitable for filtering insulation oil of power transformer with different voltage levels. This machine is mainly used to deal with all kinds of unqualified insulation oil, such as transformer oil, switch oil, etc. This machine can quickly remove moisture, gas and impurities in insulating oil, and restore and improve the insulation performance of oil. Compared with fixed oil filter, TCZJB is equipped with working trailer, which can carry out long-distance field operation.

 

Trailer oil filter product characteristics:

1. Reasonable design of trailer, fully enclosed structure, waterproof and dustproof, easy to move and operate.

2. Installation of automobile tyres, bridge shock absorbers, brake assembly and welding of the whole vehicle steel structure can ensure the speed of 40KM/H.

3. Can effectively deal with unqualified transformer oil, dewatering, degassing, impurity removal.

4. New high-efficiency electric heating system with low heating load, uniform heating and low energy consumption.

5. Using reliable mechanical level control instrument and pressure protection system, the operation is simple, safe and reliable.

6. The whole machine interlocking protection device, heater, oil pump and vacuum pump are used to work together.
