This production line is formed of Ls-400/10 drawing machine,TS-500 intellegent annealing control
cupboard,SS-500/630 rolling machine. It is mainly used drawing copper wire(coil in φ3.00, coil out φ1mm), and annealing, bake out, rolling.
This equipment is used annealing copper wire (φ1.0mm-φ3.0mm), maximum yield: 500kg/h, have no use for preheating and heat insulation, can annealing after start. The whole process of production is controled by computer, finished product lightness, dryness. The hardness of copper wire and drying electric current can adjust at any time. Annealing electrical consumption of per ton copper wire will not exceed 100kwh.
