Product Description

The set of equipment takes agricultural and forest waste, such as rice husk, wood chips, coconut fiber dust, saw dust and crop stalks etc as the raw biomass fuel. These biomass fuels will be gasified into rough gas in the Gasifying Furnace, which is our patented product. Then after a series of cleaning and cooling treatment, the purification of the gas will be pure enough to meet the requirement of gas needed by the internal combustion engine to generate electric power.

Notes：

The main components and caloricity of biomass gas are subjected to the characteristic of biomass fuel and gasification method.

The caloricity of biomass gasification gas is normally 1100-1500kcal/Nm³.(4.6~6.3MJ/Nm³)

For example, the main components of rice husk gasified gas are as follows:

(The caloricity is：1393kcal/ m³ (5.83 MJ/Nm³)

When operation temperature is 800℃, the tar production ratio in fluid bed gasification furnace(patented product of Fengyu Group) is about 2.5%. Tar content after decoking treatment is less than 50mg/m³. After strict cleaning and thermal cracking, the dust & tar content of biomass gas are very tiny, which can meet the requirement for the normal operation of internal combustion engines.
