Product function:

※ Vertical round bottle labeling machine is mainly applicable to the fixed point labeling on the circumference of round bottles of daily chemical, medicine, health products, food and other kinds of products. For example, a bottle on a daily chemical product needs to be labeled at a specific location on the circumference of the bottle body;  or the labeling of pharmaceutical bottles is to avoid labeling the specific marks on the bottle body.

※ Advanced high-strength, high-rigidity turntables that run at high speed and stability with precise positioning

※ When labeling the products, the turntable roller and the indicator wheel form a three-sided positioning. When we label the entire circumference of the bottle, even if the bottom of the product is uneven, it also can make the perfect connection between the head and the tail of the label, and the products level can be improved.

※ The core of the labeling head drive roller is made of gold steel sand roller, which is durable and not slippery. Its service life is 10 times that of other manufacturers using silicone roller, and it can maintain long-term high-precision labeling.

※ Chinese and English bilingual color touch screen, easy to operate, it able to memorize 50 sets of product labeling program， can help the operators to manipulate freely.

※ The three-phase stepping system imported from Switzerland is used as the drive engine. The cost, accuracy and drive capability are higher than those of the servo motor system. It is widely adopted by major companies in Europe and the United States. Its power has reached 750W, and it’s driving ability is very strong. It is far superior to other manufacturers using the same power servo motor with small inertia or ultra-small inertia.

Optional accessories:

1) Feed/Receipt tray: Can be equipped with feed/receipt tray when used alone, or can be directly connected to the production line

• Printing equipment: Can be equipped with hot stamping printers, thermal transfer printers, ink-jet printers online coding machine, while completing the full range of identification.
• Visual inspection system: it can be applied to automatically detect bottles, labels, and printed information online, and completely eliminate defective products during the production process.
