Product principle

Sdt 600 - 4 series on-line density, concentration meter, is the use of acoustic frequency signal source for metal tuning fork excitation, and make the tuning fork at the center frequency free vibration, this frequency and contact with the density of the liquid has a corresponding relationship, so through the analysis of the frequency can measure the density of the liquid, and then temperature compensation can eliminate the temperature drift of the system; And that concentration value at the temperature of 20 deg c can be calculate according to the relation between the density and the concentration of the correspond liquid.

Application

It is mainly used in production process control and measurement of low corrosion liquid industry, such as oil field refining, food and beverage, paper industry, acid-base solution of chemical industry, liquor industry, salt industry, printing and dyeing industry, etc.

Installation

Suitable for pipe installation or container wall insert installation and other ways, dynamic or static can be measured, installation method has flange type and clamp type.
