when the device got no GPS signal, it will send the lastest coordinate to user. in the mean time, if user send F to this device when no GPS signal, it will send the SMS back to user once it gets the GPS signal.
Over speed alert: This function use for the owner want to control the target's speed.
Geo-fencing alert: Set up a geo-fence for the unit to restrict its movements within a district.
The unit will send the message to the authorized numbers when it moves out of the district.
