The front and rear gates, side gates, chassis and deck are welded together and other frames and parts are packed and put in the main body box before loading.
It’s easy to be assembled – drawbar, toolbox, axle sets and wheels, mudguards mainly.

Floor: 1.5 mm flat steel floor
Frame: 100 x 50 x 2.75 mm extended draw bar.
Chassis: 50 x50 x 2.5 mm square steel tube.
Tire and spring: 15" rims and 215/75R15 tire.
Spring: Heavy duty 6 leaf shackle springs.
Equipments: Jerry can holders. Gas bottle rings. Steel front storage box with lock.Spare wheel holder with spare wheel. Heavy duty jockey wheel.
Container loading:
12 units / 20 ft container 27 units / 40HQ container (without tent and bed)
7 units / 20 ft container 18 units / 40HQ container (with tent and bed)
