The explosion proof model of LUCB type piug-in anti-vortex flow sensor meets the relevant requirements in the GB3836-83 ”explosive environment with explosion-proof electrical equipment”.The explosion-proof mark is ExdⅡBT6.

1.Can achieve disassembly and installation of sensor with continuous flow.Can saparate amplifier and sensor(separation distance is 15m)
2.Use disturbance elimination circuit and anti-vibration sensor probe,so that instrument has certain anti-vibration properties to the environment.
3.Little pressure loss,Wide-range scope,range is up to 1:25.
4.There is no moving parts,long-term stability,simple structure and easy to install and maintain.
5.Medium can be measured up to a temperature of +250℃.
