Working Principle
• Hot stamping part: This hot stamping machine is of hydraulic type, which generates strong pressure through the hydraulic system. When the machine is started, the hydraulic device transmits the pressure to the high-strength hot stamping plate. Under the action of pressure, the hot stamping plate is in close contact with the hot stamping material (such as hot stamping foil) placed on the plane (paper, leather, wood board). At the same time, the double-button operation mode or the key panel operation can start the heating device to heat up the hot stamping plate. The high-temperature hot stamping plate transfers the metal coating on the hot stamping foil to the surface of materials such as paper, leather or wood board to complete the hot stamping process.
• Operation part: The double-button operation mode is a safety design. Two buttons need to be pressed at the same time to start the hot stamping program, which can avoid misoperation. The key panel operation can be used to set parameters such as hot stamping temperature, pressure and time. The operator can flexibly adjust these parameters according to different materials (paper, leather, wood board) and hot stamping requirements.
