Working principle

• Workbench part: The two-color shuttle workbench realizes shuttle movement through the corresponding mechanical transmission structure and the power device. During the pad printing process, it will move back and forth between two different printing stations according to the set program to alternately complete the two-color printing operation. For example, it first moves to the position carrying the first color ink to print the pattern or text part for the first time, and then shuttles to the position corresponding to the second color ink to complete the printing of the other part, thereby realizing two-color overprinting.

• Ink supply part: The ink supply method is adopted, and the oil basin contains the pad printing ink of the corresponding color. After the pad printing head descends into the oil basin to dip in the ink, the excess ink will be scraped off by the scraper and other components, so that the surface of the pad printing head retains an appropriate amount of uniform ink to ensure that the ink can be accurately transferred to the promotional items, crafts, daily necessities and other printed materials in the future.

• Operation control: The overall control is carried out with the help of a microcomputer panel. The operator can set the moving speed, dwell time and other parameters of the two-color shuttle workbench on the panel, and can also adjust the relevant parameters of the ink supply of the ink basin, such as the ink supply amount, the frequency of ink replenishment, etc. At the same time, the key printing parameters such as the pressure of each pad printing and the pressing depth of the pad printing head can be accurately set, so as to flexibly adjust the entire pad printing process according to different substrate materials and printing requirements.

• Promotional products: commonly used for printing brand logos, event themes, discount information, etc. on various small gifts (such as small plastic ornaments, key chains, etc.) in promotional activities.
