Product Description

Flame treatment machine:

• Improve surface energy: change the molecular structure of the material surface, improve the surface energy, and enhance the adhesion of the material to ink, coating, etc. For example, after flame treatment on the surface of polypropylene plastic products, its surface tension increases, which can make the ink adhere better and the printed pattern clearer and firmer.

• Improve wettability: make the material surface easier to be infiltrated by liquid, improve the physical and chemical properties of the surface, and help subsequent processing.

Flame treatment machines generally consist of the following structures:

• Combustion system: This is the core part, including gas supply devices (such as gas tanks or gas pipelines) and air supply devices (such as air compressors or fans), which are mixed and burned in the burner to produce flames.

• Flame nozzle: The flame generated by the combustion is evenly sprayed onto the surface of the object to be treated. Its structural design must ensure the uniformity and stability of the flame, and usually has multiple nozzles.

• Conveying system: It consists of a conveyor belt or a conveying mechanism, which is used to transport the material to be treated so that it passes through the flame area at a uniform speed to ensure the consistency of the treatment effect.

• Control system: mainly includes temperature sensors, gas regulating valves, wind speed regulators and timers, which can control parameters such as flame temperature, size, and processing time.
