Our agents can provide export CIQ (pre-shipment inspection)
1. Provide the information
a. Business license, Organization code, Record, Registration number.
Attention:
We can provide the record and registration if the commissioned company cannot provide.
b. Commercial invoice, Packing list, Declaration, Contract and factory checking list.
c. Export country/port, Transportation, Consigner/Consignee company’s name.
2. Operational processes
a. Consigner and consignee sign the Agency agreement.
b. Both sides confirm the agreement. After the consignee receives the prepaid expenses from the consigner, they can put into practice.
c. Processing time, 3-7 work days
d. After commodity inspection, send customs formalities and payment invoice to the consignee.
