PERME TSY-T3 Water Vapor Permeability Tester is applicable in water vapor permeability testing of plastic films, laminated films, high barrier materials, back sheets of solar panels, sheets, foils, building thermal insulation material and waterproof membrane, as well as various materials in medical field. The water vapor permeability measurement can meet the demands to control and adjust material technical indexes for product applications.

Principle
Under a certain temperature, form a certain humidity pressure between the two sides of
specimen, water vapor transmits the specimen and enter the dryer side. Determine the water vapor transmission rate and transmission coefficient by measuring the decreasing weight of distilled water with time going.

Through computer processing, data can be statistically analyzed and stored in categories. When inquiring historic testing data, the historic data of a specimen category and their dynamic analysis drawing are obtainable. Thus, achieving thorough analysis of testing process.
