Basic types of angular contact ball bearings

Single row angular contact ball bearings can bear radial and axial loads. Although this kind of bearing can only bear one-way axial load, it can be combined with another bearing bearing bearing reverse load. Angular contact ball bearings are not separable. Angular contact ball bearing is suitable for high speed, and its self-aligning ability is very limited.

Single row angular contact ball bearings, when bearing radial load, will produce axial component, so two bearings should be used back-to-back or face-to-face configuration.

There is a contact angle between the ferrule and the ball. The standard contact angle is 15 °. The larger the contact angle is, the greater the axial load bearing capacity is. The smaller the contact angle is, the more favorable for high-speed rotation.

Single row bearing can bear radial load and unidirectional axial load.

Double row angular contact ball bearing is divided into two structures: one outer ring, two inner rings and one outer ring, one inner ring.

DB combination, DF combination and double row bearing can bear radial load and bidirectional axial load. DT combination is suitable for the occasion of large unidirectional axial load and insufficient rated load of single bearing.

In structure, two single row angular contact ball bearings with back combination share the inner ring and outer ring, which can bear radial load and bidirectional axial load.

Angular contact ball bearings are suitable for high speed and high precision rotation.

These bearings are mainly used in machine tool spindle, high frequency motor, gas turbine, oil pump, air compressor, printing machine, etc.
