Flame-processor works and the scope of application:

Most of the flame processor is used in PP, PET, PE plastic. Detection of treatment effect: the easiest way is to use the surface tension of the test pen testing. Working principle and precautions:

1. The fire-breathing holes are 5 rows: the middle three rows are the flame main holes, and the two sides are the ignition sub-holes to prevent the compressed air pressure from being excessively extinguished, and the multi-layer design between the holes and the holes to meet the requirements of the customer flame length.

2. The gas source of the flame gun is compressed air and gas mixed gas. To improve the pressure of the gas, it is recommended that the gas supply valve be a medium pressure valve.

3. To reduce the noise during the working of the flame head, a silencer should be installed.

4. For safety reasons, it is recommended to use a shrink metal joint for the gas pipe joint, and a special 205 flame gun control valve for gas and air conditioning special products.

6. Do not adjust the air and gas valves too much when the flame gun is ignited. For safety reasons, it is recommended to use a hand-held electronic igniter or an automatic ignition device.

7. When adjusting the flame, observe that the color of the flame is blue, and the length and color of the flame can be controlled by adjusting the gas and air valves.

8, if the gas is not pure enough, compressed air will cause the flame to have a red dot. Gas or compressed air should be replaced and filtered.

Operation method:There are two types of electronic ignition and manual ignition. If the flame hole is partially blocked, you can tap the flame head when there is gas (be careful not to knock it hard) or turn off the air source to remove the hole through the gas.
