We manufacture integral spiral blade stabilizer, integral straight-rib stabilizer, sleeve replaceable type stabilizer, float valve stabilizer, drilling reamer, unbalanced spiral blade stabilizer and variable-diameter stabilizer, all above products comply with API Spec.7.
Integral 3-Spiral Blade Stabilizer, Integral 4-Spiral Blade Stabilizer (string type ,near bit type ). The working hardfacing surface (also called as wall contact )materials available separately are (1) carbide insert,(2) Inserted diamond compound, (3) Low temperature brazing tungsten carbide slug,(4) Surface bead welding abrasive welding rod, etc.

Replaceable Sleeve Stabilizer

The replaceable sleeve stabilizer are available with two-piece and three-piece construction. The three-piece construction stabilizer is made of a body and a centralizing body(refer to sleeve replaceable). The advantage is that the sleeve can be changed quickly and easily after sleeve hardfacing is worn-out. This kind of stabilizer is especially suitable for working in directional well .

3-Piece Sleeve Replaceable Stabilizer

The 3-piece sleeve replaceable stabilizer is made of central pipe, sleeve replaceable and bottom sub which are thread connection. The three-piece construction can bear strong bending strength and the sleeve can be easily and quickly replaced on drill floor.

Non-rotating Stabilizer

The FXF type non-rotating stabilizer (rubber sleeve stabilizer )is a special tool in drilling to avoid blade wear and wall damage. During drilling, stabilizer transfer torque by depending on mandrel body, but rubber sleeve is sliding coordination which can be moved relatively, as a result, the sleeve plays a role of supporting of holewall. The sleeve is made of special elastic material and fixed by a latch clutch to prevent from rotating .

Float valve stabilizer is mainly used in near bit type stabilizer while working for preventing from borehole deflection, when blowout or well kick takes place, the float valve stabilizer will automatically shut off inside bore of tool to avoid the accident. Spherical Stabilizer

The spherical stabilizer is one of new type tools which is used in horizontal and directional well to prevent hole inclination, improve drilling solution, improve drill tools service life and hole condition, cut off /scrape bore wall . Because of small size, simple structure, it is so applicable for horizontal and directional well .The guide inclined plane covered with polycrystalline compact and cutting edges covered with spherical tungsten carbide stud ,during stabilizer contacts with roughed hole wall , can cut or scraped off raised or irregular well wall, therefore, the spherical stabilizers are widely used in various of drilling operation.

Variable Diameter Stabilizer
|

|
Stabilizer is one of main drill tool assembly in hole guiding. During drilling in deviating and horizontal well , in view of workmanship, stabilizer OD is required to be equal or 1~2mm less than drill bit so that too small clearance between borehole wall and stabilizer usually causes stabilizer to be easily stuck during tripping out of hole.
However, variable diameter stabilizer solves the problem which common stabilizer can not solves. During drilling in directional well, by use of differential pressure at nozzle produced by circulation of fluid among inside and outside of drill string, stabilizer stretch out supporting head to reach full hole so that stabilizer equipped with different drill tools to increase or angle drop or stabilize hole inclination. Meanwhile, when stop pump circulation, support head draws back so that stabilizer OD becomes small to improve tripping out smoothly.
