We provide design and manufacture of double-acting large-tonnage hydraulic
cylinder from 50 ton to 1200 ton. With advantages of small size, light
weight and cramped construction, the products, which are designed with
special guiding, sealing structure and 100Mpa actuating pressure, can be
widely used in mining, bridge, metallurgy, highroad and colliery equipment.
Alloy steel is applied to cylinder body so as to get small size and light weight.
Besides, the cylinder is equipped with safety overflow valve to ensure safe
operation and avoid overloading. Thus, long-term and reliable operation can
be obtained. What’s more, mechanical nut locking mode can be chosen to ensure
the loading being locked at random place of the stroke.
