Technical Specifications
PU Coated Roller
- Adopting the latest technique and environmental friendly material, Macromolecule Polyurethane, the PU coated rollers have fine smooth surface, good elasticity, good adhering and transferring of UV ink, excellent wear resistance and solvent resistance, and more durability than conventional rubber roller.
- Base of PU Coated Roller is made of high quality tool steel. Both journals and steps are induction hardened to ensure wear resistance. PU coating is controlled at about 10mm thickness, and can be refurbished after natural wear.
