1. GF-1325 is the most cost-effective and economical product currently, matching domestic 4.5KW water-cooled spindle (optional Italy imported Italian HSD spindle or GC Columbus), plus with removable rotating shaft, can be processed cylindrical products。
2. Y axis use dual motor drive, select matching to ensure smooth movement.
3. Driving system use high precision rack and pinion，increase speed and precision
4. Adopts Taiwan PMI linear guideway +gear wheel to ensure high-precision machine and withstand heavy load.
5. High processing speed and efficiency.blank line speed with 30000mm/min, when in the processing of engraving wave board can reach 20000mm/min
6. Then rotary axis adopts machine tool chuck (positive and negative claw),and rail end thimble, whose movement use PMI linear guideway with accurate concentricity. The chassis is made of ZL-102 the whole cast with high precision.
Maximum workpiece diameter of 200 mm, length 1200 mm, workpiece weight by up to 50 kg, and configure the workpiece balance wheel.
