This product not only has strong lubrication of monomer and self-repair function of Nan0 particle, but also excellent anti-wear,anti-oxidation & extreme pressure resistance performance.

3) Technical characteristic

1),This product is produced by organic and inorganic nano materials, not only possessing the function of strong lubrication & resisting extreme pressure of organic nano material, but also having intelligent self-repair performance of inorganic nano material. In the process of friction, the nano particles are induced by the friction heat, rapidly penetrating into the micro defect on the surface of metal friction, quickly repairing uneven friction surface, and forming extra smooth, high hardness friction surface, not only reducing the friction coefficient, but also improving the performance of extreme pressure resistance and anti-wear, thereby achieving the effect of energy saving, noise reduction and extending service life;    

 2), Structural stability, oxidation resistance, has excellent dispersion in the oil medium, can be added to any lubricating oil, nontoxic and no side effects, no harm to human body and the environment ;

5) Usage

This product is mixed evenly in accordance with the amount of 3% of total lubricating oil, and added to the lubrication system of equipment.
