Product Description
The XFP-to-XFP 10-Gigabit OEO Converter (10G OEO) combines ultra high-speed protocol support with the flexibility of XFP transceivers. They support SONET OC-192, 10 Gbps Ethernet, and 10 Gbps Fiber Channel. They are also transparent to Forward Error Correction (FEC) protocols such as G.709. The 10G OEO enable an extremely wide range of optical infrastructure solutions including media conversion, signal repeating, and transponders for Wave Division Multiplexing (WDM) applications. Dual XFP Media Modules are an economical option for enterprise applications and ideal for large telecommunications carriers moving large amounts of data beyond 100 kilometers.
2XFPs are compact, hot-swappable.
Installation and setup is simple plug-and-play.
Insert the module into our 1-slot chassis or 17-slot chassis.
