5xxx series aluminum alloys are aluminum alloys with magnesium as the main alloying element, belonging to non-heat-treatable strengthening aluminum all. This series of alloys has low density and higher strength than 1xxx and 3xxx series aluminum alloys, belonging to medium to high strength aluminum alloys, with fatigue resistance and welding performance, and good corrosion resistance in marine atmosphere. In order to avoid stress corrosion in high magnesium alloys, stabilization treatment is required for final cold-worked products or control the final cold-working amount, and limit the use temperature (not exceeding 65℃).
