Description:

3 axis wood lathe machine with three turning axis, which can turn 3 pieces wood columns with maximum 130mm-300mm diameter and 1500mm length.

Machine Features:

1. Heavy cast iron lathe bed avoids shaking when the spindle rotates fast or the big sizes workpiece process.

2. Powerful 4KW Servo motor driving, ensure high speed and good running stability.

3. The Machine has 2 cutters at two sides of the machine (the rough turning cutter and finish turning cutter work synchronously with layered process), improve the working efficiency and workpiece surface quality.

4. Driving system: high quality Taiwan Hiwin square rails and TBI precise ball screw, which can control the linear error effectively.

5. Best inverter: we adopt frequency conversion speed regulation system, which can adjust the turning speed at any time to solve the problem of materials’ vibration.

6. Operation system: we adopt advanced LCD screen controller, transfer file by U-disk through USB port and read drawing outline easily, popular use and easy operation.

7. Three air cylinder and clamps is to stable the work pieces tightly.

8. Software: draw by autoCAD software, transfer .dxf files to machine by USB.

9. Three air-cooling spindle is for grooving, twisting line and engraving.
