Model Features
Laser cutting machine is a kind of laser processing equipment integrating light, mechanical, and electrical, which uses laser technology, computer control technology and high-performance CNC laser power supply system that can quickly and efficiently process all kinds of metal sheet. The laser cutting machine is 3000mm × 1500mm medium-sized format, and has the features of quick processing; smooth product edge, small cutting slit, and little thermal effects, especially suiting for sheet metal processing. It can replace WEDM, numerical control punch, applicable for rapid cutting for sheet metal and parts.
Main advantages
Compared with WEDM: the cutting speed is 20-100 times faster; without pre-drilling
Compared with the CNC punch press: arbitrary graphics can be cut, punch; no mold, can be directly input DXF for processing; three-dimensional cutting can be carried out, for cutting of pre-forming products.
Compared with the CO2 laser: nice and inexpensive, only one fifth to one-tenth of the latter price; without ventilation (except for auxiliary gas), low cost, only one-third to one-fifth of CO2 laser.

Following design of the focal length: even if the surface is not smooth, the cutting quality can be guaranteed, free from the shape of the work piece, the laser processing flexibility is good, any graphics can be processed, and any pipe and non-standard materials can be cut.
Good cutting quality: small seam, smooth cutting surface, hard to deform, non-contact cutting, small trimming heat effect, little thermal deformation, completely avoiding the collapsed edge formed in material punching; the seam generally needs not second processing. Kerf is smooth, beautiful, without sequence treatment processes.
High cutting precision: suitable for all kinds of precision parts and machinery panel cutting, drilling, and cutting of various metal characters, decorative patterns etc.
Fast cutting speed: fast processing speed, high efficiency, good economic returns, the fastest cutting speed can be up to 4500mm/min.
Large cutting format: format can be up to 1250 × 2500MM, 1500 × 3000MM. Other format can be customized.
Saving mold investment: any image drawn on the computer can carry laser processing, without mold, no mold consumption, not mold repairing, saving mold change time, as a result saving processing costs, reducing production costs, especially for large products processing.
Material savings: computer programming can suit cut entire board material for different shapes of products, maximizing the utilization of materials
Fast investment return: 90% gross margins, according to a daily income calculation of 3000-4000 yuan, the investment can be get back within six months. In the cutting process, other auxiliary gases are not need to add, the use cost is less than 20 yuan / hour (mainly electricity costs).
