ZhuoDi ZHP series polishing machine is suitable to polish granite and composite quartz slab. This machine adopts latest advanced polishing technique on granite and quartz surface, to realize excellent performance: Reasonable structure design, perfect processing technique, high working efficiency and energy saving etc.
★ Each polishing heads of the machine are controlled by two hydraulic cylinders, working pressure can up to 0.4 Mpa.
★ Fully automatic operation controlled by PLC; swaying of the crossbeam is controlled by frequency converter to ensure stable sliding, luster of the products could be adjusted evenly.
★ Primary conveyor is controlled by frequency converter, tile stack and tile lack could be monitored and protected automatically.
