Cold tear and hot tear colour printing film is suitable for thermal transfer printing of pyrograph products manufacturing with textils and leather like materials having precautions for optimal printing results as follows.

1. When printing or under the production, sharp and high temperature objects shall be prevented from being contacted as far as possible so that there will be no impact on the result.

2. Under the colour printing process, handle with care in order to prevent colour printing patterns from scratch.

3. After colour printing, it is s ested that there shall be no more than 20 pieces for product piling up in order to avoid the printed articles from back binding. They shall be put in a dehumidifier room having 40°C with dehumidification for 12H for printing ink of colour printing.
 

4. After drying, silk screen printing shall be conducted. The product is suitable for water based, oil based silk screen printing ink. After silk screen printing, baking temperature shall be better with 50°C-65°C.in order to prevent slight film deformation due to excessive high temperature resulted in non-accurate sleeve position.

Under the normal condition, when it is unpacked, it is the printed side with anti-back binding material. When packing, there is no need for anti-binding paper for separation.
