1.  The machine uses the relative rotation of the high grinding force of high-strength wear-resistant alloy ink roller to break material.When the material comes into the crushing chamber, it will be broken into small pieces under the in the ink roller under the action of the rotation force of ink roller and discharged. The field test shows that working in the kiln, the machine discharge product with 60% powder and less than 10% 3mm particles.
2.  We redesign the machine's abrasive rollers to optimize to reach the goal of no replacement roller mill body all its life. However,the old ones have to be disconnected to repair or to replace the roller or to have repair welding every half a year.
3.  The new machine's grinding roller is equipped with a removable wear-resistant liner which lasts its continuous service life up to one year or more; if seriously worn, just remove the lid and replace it. Maintenance of a small amount of low cost, which is any other type of crusher can not be compared.
4.  The machine is equipped with dust guard inside with good sealing performance to avoid broken fine materials spattering so as to protect  working environment.
5.  The machine is equipped with safety protection device. Once unexpected metallic iron (<= 30mm) comes into the machine, the protective device will move to leak the iron and to make the equipment work normally.
6.  The roll-gap of abrasive roller is adjustable within 20mm, so you can control input size of grain effectively. Thus the input size of grain will match the machine well and increase the production capacity. 
7.  The machine is characterized by high ratio of reduction, small particle size,less impact from attrition and reliable breaking quality.So with the same staff,power and production line, it can increase the capacity by 10-25% and save 15-20% power.
