Ladle transfer car is designed on the base of the KPT series slab transfer cart,which has a irregular table.It is used for transporting molten steel or iron in the factory.The ladle transfer car can be designed with lifting device.The load rang is from 1-300t..It needs to anti-heat ,so there is speical material on the cart in oder to realize anti-heat function.
The ladle transfer car has a irregular table. It`s structure is made of two carlings and four beams,which form box and girder of the cart body.This structure ensure the cart strength and stiffness.A set of the driving device is installed between two beams of the two ends of the cart and set thermal barrier and protective cover around the drive device,which efficiently avoid the radiation from the molten steel,steel slag.This will improve the use life of the driving system.
