Description:
This kind of metallic cloth is contact by many sequins(with 4 branches)and rings, it looks like a spider, each “leg” of the sequin works in a ring and folded back itself to secure they connect each other.
Specification:
1. The sequins size of metallic cloth: we have the 3mm,4mm,6mm,8mm and 10mm
2. Our common size of the metallic cloth panels: our common sheet is 1.5m×0.45m for one piece. And we also supply this kind of mesh in sq meters.
The surface treatment:
We have the galvanization, painting, colors of the rainbow, and frosting.
Work flow:
1. We buy the material(aluminum alloy tapes) according to the metallic sequin's size
2. Then stamping the tapes to the spider shape
3. Now it is the most important step-Weaving Net, after the machine stamping the Al tapes, this sequin will be delivered to the weaving net area to joint with the rings, each rings are combine with 4 sequins.
4. When finish the weaving net, then it is the one sheet (1.5m*0.45m)
5. The following is cleaning the oil stain in a big pool (about 5 minutes.)Then we will clean the mesh with the water, coloring, cleaning, and then hang to dry.
6. If you want the common size, then we have done in this step, but if you want the sq meters, we have to joint the mesh by manual work.
Applications:
As this kind of mesh can cut by the scissors, so you can cut the mesh into every shape you want, such as you can make a dress for your lovely Barbie doll, make a beautiful ear drop for yourself.
