| 717C and 797Care unfilled type of edge banding/ profile wrapping hot melt adhesive. Non-filler type EVA hot melt adhesive has excellent thermal viscosity that can be directly used and also can add tackifier to increase viscosity. It is especially suitable for manual operation of edge banding or manual profile wrapping of thin veneer. Unfilled edge banding adhesive also has the characteristic of smaller density that can has more coating area and greater price-performance. It has lower viscosity and greater operation performance which can be operated at low temperature. |

Tex Year supplies high quality woodworking adhesive, edge banding and profile wrapping HMA PUR adhesive. High/medium/low temperature (Edge Banding HMA Series) can be applied to automatic linear edge banding machine/semi-automatic edge banding machine, manual edge banding machine.
Excellent adhesion to PVC, ABS, solid wood, wood veneer lumber, PP for edge banding fiberboard, particleboard, plywood, block board, edge banding for fireproofing board.
EVA HMA Series, which can be applied to PVC film, paper materials, wood materials, fiberboard, solid wood, ACP, profile wrapping, and surface adhesion for fireproofing boards, can also be applied to adjust formula by our team.
As for PP materials that is environmental friendly but hard to be bond, Tex Year also provides Polyolefin series products for edge banding and profile wrapping. |
