Caoil-200 is a white flakes that contains a blend of glycerides surfactants.
Application
Caoil-200 is used in various types of yarn as a lubricant and softening agent.
As and addition to the sizing mixture to provide the necessary
lubrications during weaving. As a softening agent in size and starch type cloth finishes.

Melting point............ 54 - 58℃
Benefits

2. Contains antistatic compounds which improve the
performance of hairy syntheic yarns.
3. Compatible with most types of size.
4. Improves weaving performance and reduces fiber shedding.
5. Good emulsification properties which enable easy, efficient
removal during normal scouring and desizing procedures.
6. Non sticking on drying cans.
Usage
May be added to the size mix at any stage of preparation, readily dissolve in water at 60℃. Approximately 2.0% of Caoil-200 based on total size solution is normally recommended.
