This machine is apply to UV perceptual material, Ink,the paint of adhesion agent, or drying other material paint.

Widely use to: flatbed Printing, screen printing, stickers trademark, metal signs, soft and hard PC, PVC, ABS, PS. Acrylic, glass, electronic components, single-sided circuit boards, ceramics, wood. Painting: the shiny wood surface coating, paper, floor tiles, PU synthetic leather polish and so on.

Configuration:

1 Light systems: equipment using high-power super high pressure mercury lamp ultraviolet radiation, UV energy is high and stable, dried and cured for various aspects of the photosensitive material, curing 

speed, to achieve high hardness and high gloss solvent effect ;

2 Transmission: Conveyor selected high temperature corrosion resistant 

UV-resistant Teflon belt with stepless DC speed control, smooth delivery, 

and there is tension adjustment means delivery network;

3 Ventilation System: In order to improve lamp life, protection against thermal 

deformation dried, this machine adopts the winds of suction device, heat quickly;

4 Electronic control system: power supply directly into the line access, 

this machine uses two sets of uv lamp;

Operation Procedure

1 Start power source switch, the power on;

2 Closing sequence transmission switch, light control 1 switch, light control 

2 switch;

3 Reach brightness 3 minis, the machine start to work.

4 Finish work, Sequentially shutting down the light controlled switch,after 10 miniswhen the light box temperature is is cool, then turn off the transfer switch and 

power.
