4. Principles
Complied with the fixed proportioningpr to mix the common portland cement,quartz sand,high-strength,alkali-resistant fiber, microsilica,slag,water-reducer and fresh water.After auto-vibrating table line,pour out into molds to maintain.

5.1 Main course:
Checking raw materials--Weighing--Pouring--Stirring--Molding--Vibrating--Stacking--First Maintenance--Leaving Molds--Final Maintenance--Checking Finished--Packing--Storage--Transformation--Construction Site.
5.2 Construction Method
5.2.1 Preparing Raw Materials
5.2.2 Make Mixture
Quartz sand and high-strength alkali-resistant fiber---Stirring more than 2 minutes---Adding cement and slag and microsilica---Dry stirring 2 minutes---Adding Water-reducer and Fresh Water---Stirring 6 minutes.
5.2.3 Vibrating and Roll compression
5.2.4 Pouring and Molding and Plaining
The Mixture will be totally molded within 15minutes.
5.2.5 Maintenance
The item contains three steps:staying maintenance,original maintenance,final maintenance.The constructors must control the maintenance temperature.
5.2.5.1 Staying-Maintenance
Put the molded mixture on the plain bracket.On the upper,there will be a layer of plastic-film to reduce the water-failure.A forklift put the bracket to the plain area for the Staying-maintenance.Keep the maintenance time 2hours.
5.2.5.2 Original-Maintenance
After the surface congeal,transform the bracket to the Maintenance Room where the temperature is 40±5°C,relative humidity more than70%.Keeping the temperature24hours.
After the Original-Maintenance, dismantle the moulds.At the process of dismantling ,there light-power to move the panel.
5.2.5.3 Final-Maintenance
Put the panels to the steam-room to have the final maintenance.Control the temperature to keep the temperature 80±5°C and keep the maintenance time to reach 48hours.
After that,stack the panels with 30mm~50mm space to keep the steam flowing.At the same time,there must be at least 200mm space between the pile and the steam-room wall.
In steam-room,there must be iron parts and plastic-film to ensure the panels' cleanness.
