Sand making production line is made up of vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, fine crusher, vibrating screen, sand washer, belt conveyer, concentrated electric control, etc. The designed outputs are 20 cubes per hour, 35 cubes per hour, 50 cubes per hour. The sand making production line equipment can be applied in sand making process, such as rigid limestone, granite, basalt, river gravel and so on. This equipment can be applied in hydroelectric power, construction materials, highway, architecture, etc. We can optimize and regroup the equipments according to the customer's requirements.

Flow Introduction of Sand Making Production Line:

The stones are transferred into jaw crusher to have initial crushing by vibrating feeder. Then the crushed materials are transported into sand making machine by belt conveyer to have further crushing. The fine crushing materials are transferred to vibrating screen to filter. The materials that can meet the requirement of particle size of finished product will be transferred into sand washer to clean, and then be exported by the conveyer belt. If the materials cannot meet the standard, they will be reprocessed from vibrating screen to sand making machine. This makes a complete circuit repeated cycle. The particle size can be combined and graded according to the requirements of the customers. If we choose dry-process manufacturing technology, separator and dust abatement equipment must be allocated.
