一、 产品概述：

gx102中空玻璃热熔丁基胶是一种以聚异丁烯橡胶为基料的单组份、无溶剂、不出雾、不硫化、具有永久塑性的中空玻璃密封胶。其能在较宽温度范围内保持良好塑性和密封性，且表面不开裂、不变硬，对玻璃、铝合金、镀锌钢、不锈钢等材料有优良的粘结性。由于其具有极佳的气密性，可以与弹性密封剂一起构成一个优异的抗湿气系统。

二、 适用范围：

热熔丁基胶主要用于中空玻璃生产，作为中空玻璃第一道密封胶与双组份聚硫胶、硅酮胶配套使用，已完成双道密封。

三、 使用方法：

使用前请把被粘材质表面的水、油、灰尘等污垢清除干净。热熔丁基胶使用中专用热熔丁基胶挤出机涂敷，具有使用条件可通过调整温度和压力达到。挤出温度范围为120℃-140℃，施工时环境温度要求不低于80℃.
