该整点焊机适用于汽车电机，电动工具和微电机等直流电机生产厂家焊接电枢引线到它的换向器。将电枢放入定位模具，双手按下启动开关，机器能自动点焊和分度，直至电枢点焊完成并退回初始位置。然后移去电枢放入另一个电枢，又重新开始此循环。

DNH-E digital-controlled commutator spot welder

This welder can be used for the manufacturers of DC motors, such as automobile motors, electronic power tools, micro motor and etc., to weld armature leading wires to its commutator. Put the armature in the localization place and push the starting switch by hands, and then the machine will automatically weld the armature and calibrate the angles until all of the welding have been completed and the machine comes back to the initial state; then remove the finished armature, put in another one, and a new cycle will begin .

This equipment has the following characteristic:

1. Able to automatically complete the entire operations of clamping armature, localization, welding, calibrating angle and quitting; highly automatic routine.

2.Using the servomotor to drive the machine to calibrate the angles, which makes accurate localization and well reliability..

3. Welding current is controlled by the Japan’s MIYACHI resistor-welding controller (secondary current feedback) which can storage 15 kinds of welding standards.

4. PLC programmable controller controls welding cycle operations.

5. Liquid-crystal display touch screen as the human-machine interface to input the parameters.

6. The cycle water cooling system is used to cool all of the heating parts in the welding system.
