For the product with high requirement, superior difficulty and high polish and the mould which cannot be finished and polished with the conventional mold processing equipment, our company introduced the latest non-traditional mold production technology and equipment in the world, which mainly include beryllium copper casting mold, electroforming mold, precision casting steel mold, beryllium copper mold, UV transfer mold and other mold process and design.
Beryllium copper casting mold is mainly used for cosmetic lid, imitation diamond angular surface mold, screw-type mold and the mold with high mold cavity difficulty which cannot be polished well with high brightness and cannot be processed well with the common processing equipment.
Electroforming mold is the mold inserts created with the principles of electro deposition. For the nature of ultra-precise replication, electroforming mold can handle the general buttons lined(drawing lines), CD profile, and the mold inserts which apply to various high polish and are not easy to polish for the reason of narrow, and whose surface requests cannot be reached with the general mold processing method. For example the products with a very deep point of view, a very sharp angular or smooth etch surface and the clear connection whose requirements the ordinary processing cannot meet, electroforming production can be cast to solve. Currently electroforming has been applied to various plastic mold cores, such as reflective card, sound panels, car lights, diamond pattern, and button, optical lenses, cosmetic lid, knob, mobile phone panels, the head of digital cameras, imitation crystal accessories, imitation diamond ball, drawing pattern, radiation pattern buttons, wood, audio panel, knob, mobile phone panel, battery compartment, mp3 keys, cell phone navigation keys, cosmetic lid, optical lens, Fresnel lens mold electroforming signs, high-difficulty high-brightness high-precision molds etc.
Precision casting molds mainly include casting beryllium copper, casting S136, 718, 738, 8407, aluminum, copper alloy. They are mainly used for the wheel mold, false landscape plants and animals’ mold, cartoon characters modeling mold, mold cavity with subtle undercut design, plastic toy mold core, blow mold, adult sex products mold, doll mold, shoe mold, toy tire mold and dozens of varieties. Of course, our company also can cast other types of mold in accordance with the requirements of users. Beryllium copper mold has several advantages. For example, the function of heat dissipation improves; the injection molding time is 1∕3 less than the regular materials; it can reduce distortion of products and be easy to knockout; its abrasion resistance is high-strength and it can handle the products with which the PVC toys undercuts and various techniques cannot deal. Customers only need to provide drawings or model ideas.
