（甲方）购买中捷机床有限公司（乙方）生产的TH6511B 型刨台式铣镗加工中心壹台，经过双方多次技术交流和磋商，为满足甲方生产的要求，双方达成如下技术协议：

Representatives from Buyer and Seller sign this technical protocol after discussed about purchasing one set of TH6511B Planer-type milling and boring machining center. This technical agreement includes following information:

 

1.机床功能及用途

该机床是在我厂原生产数控刨台卧式铣镗床的基础上，吸收国外先进制造技术而开发的数控机床，与原系列相比，增大了行程、提高了转速，改进了工作台结构，是实现箱体零件孔系精确加工和各种型面加工的最佳设备。经过多次改进设计、生产制造，已形成较完整模块化产品系列供用户选择。

TH6511B CNC planer-type horizontal milling and boring machining centeer is a kind of high effective machine with multi-function, which absorbed advanced technology of construction and manufacture introduced from other developed country. The machines have been designed in modular ways and it is suitable for processing large-size work-piece with milling, drilling, boring, tapping, turning thread, milling end-face, as well as processing curved surface of two-dimension or three-dimension.

2. 结构特点

Constructional features

u  T 字型床身布局工作台始终在横床身上移动，具有足够的刚性，精度保持性好；

u  The machine is designed in T type for the layout of longitudinal and cross machine beds, the column moves longitudinal and the worktable moves transversely.

u  主轴可数控进给550 mm ，且轴向抗力大、可进行强力切削；

u  The NC travel of spindle is 550mm, and the spindle resistant is large enough to carry heavy cutting.

u  导轨采用淬火钢、正面贴聚四氟乙烯导轨板、侧面有滚动体进行导向、导轨间摩擦力小、定位精度高；

u  Bolt in harden steel is used in the plastic-coated guide-ways for the three axes, and the side surfaces of the guide-ways employ linear rollers for guiding to provide high accuracy, low friction and steady accuracy.

u  工作台测量采用进口圆光栅进行直接测量，分度精度高、可调头镗削加工保证同轴度；

u  Angular encoder is adopted for measuring worktable rotation to realize positioning at any angle with high indexing accuracy under control of closed-loop, so the accuracy of index is good to ensure the concentricity of opposing boring.

u  各座标移动和回转均采用交流伺服电机拖动，其中X 、Y 、Z、W 座标直接连接滚珠丝杠，B 座标采用双蜗杆机构以消除间隙，保证分度精度；

u  AC feed servomotors are used in all travel and rotary coordinates, in which, X, Y, Z, W coordinates are connected with ball screw directly. Double-worm mechanism is adopted for B coordinate to eliminate the clearance for ensuring index accuracy.

u  X 、Z 座标导轨均设有不锈钢拉板式防护罩、Y 向有手风琴式防护罩，防尘、 防水保护导轨；

u  The guide-ways of X and Z-axis are equipped with stainless steel telescopic cover to protect the guide-ways from dust and water. Y-axis is equipped with bellow type protection for protecting the guide-ways and ball screws and the machine is beautiful in appearance.

u  工作台回转圆导轨采用铸铁-聚四氟乙烯导轨板，内装进口止推轴承卸荷、运动平稳、定位精度高、承重可达5000 kg ；

u  Circular guide-way of worktable adopts cast iron coated with wear-resisting plastics, equipped with imported thrust-proof bearing inside to unload. All these make the worktable turned smoothly and with high positioning accuracy. The maximum load capacity is up to 5000 kg.

u  主轴液压变速、分高、低二挡、齿轮传动；如用户要求可提高转速10－3000 rpm；

u  The spindle speed is divided into two steps and transmission is by gear.  The spindle speed can be 10 to 3000 rpm as clients’ requirement.

u  主轴轴承、丝杠轴承均为进口原装；

u  Bearings for spindle and bearings of screw are imported abroad.

u  各导轨运动副均有可调定时润滑装置供油，可保证各润滑点足够的润滑油；

u  There are adjustable timing lubrication device in all slide-ways to ensure sufficient lubricant.

u  配备冷却装置，接水盘及螺旋式排屑器；便于排除切屑；

u  The machine is equipped with cooling device, plate for liquid, filtrate device for cooling system and chip conveyer device.

u  配备进口的自动换刀装置，其链式刀库容量大，运行可靠；

u  The machine is equipped with imported tool magazine which capacity is large and motion of tool change is rapid and reliable. 

u  配有西门子 SINUMERIK 840D 数控系统，交流主轴电机、交流进给伺服电机及伺服驱动单元均为进口原装，性能先进、安全可靠；

u  NC system is SEMENS 840D, AC motor for spindle, AC  feeding servo motor, spindle serving, feeding serving are all completely imported abroad.

5. 数控系统

CNC system

德国SIEMENSE公司的SINUMERIK 840D数控系统、SIMODRIVE 611D交流主轴驱动及交流进给驱动、1PH7交流主轴伺服电机、1FT6交流进给伺服电机。

SINUMERIK 840D数控系统的核心部件NCU，它集成了数控系统的CPU和PLC的CPU，包括相应的数控软件和PLC控制软件，并带有手轮及测量接口、MPI接口、S7 300扩展接口、PCMCIA卡插槽、设备总线接口。SINUMERIK 840D数控系统通过设备总线接口与SIMODRIVE 611D模块连接，通过S7 300扩展接口与S7 300输入输出模块连接。NC数据与PLC数据有电池保护。

SIMODRIVE 611D是数字控制总线驱动的交流伺服驱动，具有模块化设计，主轴及各轴驱动的功率部件独立配置，因此各轴可独立优化至其最佳控制状态。编码器反馈信号为1VPP正弦波信号。

X、Y、Z轴采用直线光栅尺实现全闭环控制。

The machine is equipped with imported SIEMENS 840D for CNC system, SIMODRIVE 611D for AC spindle driving and feed driving, 1PH7 for AC spindle servomotor and 1FT6 for AC feed servomotor.

The core part NCU of SINUMERIK 840D CNC system, integrating CPU of NC system and CPU of PLC, includes corresponding NC soft and PLC controlling soft and is supplied with hand wheel and measuring interface, MPI interface, S7 300 extend interface, PCMCIA card socket and bus line interface for equipment. SINUMERIK 840D CNC system connects with module SIMODRIVE 611D via bus line interface of equipment, connects with module S7 300 input/output via extend interface of S7 300. NC data and PLC data are protected by cells.

SIMODRIVE 611D is a kind of AC servo drive system driven by digital controlling bus line, and it is designed in modular ways, thus each axis can be optimized separately to the best controlling status because of separate configuration of spindle and functional component of each axis. The feed back signal of encoder is a kind of sine wave of 1 VPP.

The machine can adopts linear scales for X, Y, Z-axis to realize closed-loop control.
