一、安装注意事项

Installation Notices

1、冷却水塔吨数不得低于冷冻机吨数，且需考虑安全系统，故要大于冷冻机吨数的30%。风冷式则不需要安装冷却水塔

如冷冻机为10HP，冷却水塔须为15T…………经此类推。

Tunnage of cooling water tower should be more than that of the chiller by

30% considcring the security system。You do not need to install air-cooled cooling towers

For example，if the tunnage of the chiller is 10HP，then the cooling water

tower should be 15T....and the like.

2、冷却水塔之水管径不得小于冷冻机之出口管径。管径大小可参考规格

表。

The diameter of the cooling water tower pipe should be larger than the

outlet pipe of the chiller,Refer to the size,listed in spccification.

3、冷冻机须安装在室外通风良好之场所，且周围空间不得小于1米，

若小于1米，会直接影响冷冻机的制冷效果。

Refrigeration machines to be installed on the outside of a well-ventilated place, and the surrounding space shall not be less than 1 m,

If it is less than 1 meter, it will directly affect the freezer cooling effect.

4、冰水系统管路不得高于冷冻机的冰水出入口，否则停机后水箱会溢水。

（请于冰水出口加装逆止阀）

Ice water system pipeline should be lower than that of the chiller’s inlet

and outlet,otherwise water will overflow from the tank after shutting down

the machine (please install check valves in the ice water outlet).

5、冷冻机安装处不得完全靠墙壁，须距离80公分以上，以利保养维修。

The chiller should not be installed alongside the wall.It must be away

from the wall by more than 80 centimeters for maintenance.

6、气冷式冷冻机须放置在空气流通、粉尘少的地方。

Air-cooling chiller should be deposited in a place with good ventilation

and less dust.

7、外主电源线不得小于冷冻主电源线，其它电源开关不得小于冷冻机内

之无熔丝开关世界安全倍数，亦不得大于50%。

For the no-fuse breaker’s world safety multiple,the outside main power

Supply wire should be higher than the freezing main wire,and other power

Supply switch should be higher than freezing inside switch but should not

be more than 50%.
