Take USA as an example, it would take about 5 to 7 days to arrive by EMS and 3 to 5 days by DHL. If you would like to track your order, you could go to the order details or E-mail us for checking. Once we ship out the parcel, the shipping company controls when the parcel to be shipped. So please wait for the parcel to arrive. If you would like to change because of size or color or style, you need to pay for the shipping fees to ship back the former one and for us to ship you the new one. About Returning Product
