产品说明

1、由上下主轴、圆刀、隔套、底座、变频电机、减速箱等部件组成。

2、活动支座通过丝杆转动与主轴分离，安装圆刀和隔套后再使主轴闭合。

3、变频电机通过减速箱同时驱动上下两根主轴转动实现材料的裁剪。

4、当圆刀需要刃磨时，需将圆刀全部拆下，同时装在磨刀轴上进行刃磨。

5、主轴可以根据圆刀实际直径调整与下主轴之间的中心距离，以保证上下圆刀重合度。

Description of Product

1. It consists of the upper and lower main shaft, round blade, spacer, base, variable frequency motor, reduction gearbox and other components.
 
2. By screw rotating, movable supports will be separated from main shaft, then reclose the main shaft after installing round blade and spacer.
 
3. Variable frequency motordrives upper and lower main shaft through gearbox to achieve the material cutting.
 
4. The round blade must be taken off when it needs sharpening. Meanwhile sharpening should be done on the sharpening shaft.
 
5. The main shaft could adjust the center distance from the lower shaft which is according to the actual round blade’s diameter , for ensuring the coincidence degree of the upper and lower round blade.
